• Generate reports and run automations you enable.

Communications consent

When you enable notifications or messaging features, you consent to receive:

• Email, SMS, or in-app notifications triggered by your workspace rules.
• System notifications related to account security and service status.

You can adjust notification settings or disable channels at any time.

Backups

You consent to periodic backups of your data for reliability and disaster recovery. Backups may include database records and stored files and may be retained for a limited period.

Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw consent by deactivating your account or contacting the system owner. Some data may remain in backups for a limited time after deletion.
