Training module: Notes and Documentation
Goal: store knowledge in a way you can find again.
Notes (personal Markdown)
- Open
/notes. - Create a folder structure that matches how you think (projects, areas, reference).
- Create a note and write in Markdown.
- Use tags consistently (keep them short and reusable).
Documentation (workspace docs)
- Open
/docs. - Create a folder for the area (Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, etc.).
- Create a note-style document or upload attachments.
- Use OCR (when enabled) for searchable attachments.
- Share a document via a secure link when needed.
Best practices
- Notes for personal thinking; Docs for shareable/workspace material.
- Don’t over-organize: start with a few folders and expand only when needed.
