Keyboard shortcuts

Command palette

• Press Cmd+K (macOS) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) on any page.
• Type to search actions, pages, and common workflows.

Inbox triage keys

On the **Inbox** page:

• J / K: move selection down / up
• Enter: open the selected item
• R: move to **Reply**
• W: move to **Waiting**
• D: move to **Done**
• S: snooze 4 hours

Power features

• Convert an inbox item → **Reminder / Task / Event** from the Inbox and Search views.
• Use **Saved views** in Search (filters you reuse every day).
• Keep your “Waiting” list current: if you’re blocked, write who/what you’re waiting on.
