Unified inbox for triage: New → Reply → Waiting → Done. Includes capture and SLA views.

Inbox
The Inbox is where everything lands. The goal is to **triage quickly** and keep “New” at zero.
Core states:
- **New**: untriaged
- **Reply**: needs a response
- **Waiting**: you’re waiting on someone/something
- **Done**: closed loop
Key views:
- Main triage view (
/inbox) - Capture (
/inbox/capture) for mobile shortcuts - SLA/stale items (
/inbox/sla) to catch stuck work
Tips:
- Convert items into Tasks/Reminders when action is needed later.
- Keep Waiting items specific (“Waiting on: name / date / next nudge”).
