Training module: Meetings
Goal: keep meetings lightweight and outcome-driven.
Steps
- Open
/meetings. - Create a meeting note and add:
- agenda (what must be decided)
- attendees (optional)
- timebox (optional)
- During the meeting, capture:
- decisions
- action items (who/what/by when)
- After the meeting:
- convert action items into Tasks if you need tracking/delegation
- link to supporting Notes/Docs when relevant
Best practices
- Record decisions explicitly so you don’t relitigate them later.
- Keep action items short and assign an owner.
