Welcome to Personal Assistant

A quick tour of what Personal Assistant does and how to get value in the first 15 minutes.

Welcome

Personal Assistant helps you capture everything, triage it quickly, and turn it into **clear next actions**.

Use it for:

  • **Inbox triage**: new items → reply, waiting, done (with keyboard shortcuts)
  • **Tasks + delegation**: assign tasks to contacts, follow up, and track status
  • **Reminders**: time-based nudges, recurring items, and “don’t forget” lists
  • **Email + Calendar**: connect accounts, sync, and act on messages/events
  • **Automation rules**: reduce repetitive triage and keep your system clean
  • **Notes + Docs**: keep reference material, meeting notes, and documents in one place
  1. **Create your workspace** and invite members if needed.
  2. Open **Connectors** and connect the services you want (Email, Calendar, WHOOP).
  3. Go to **Inbox** and start triaging:
  • Reply items you can reply to now
  • Mark items you’re waiting on as Waiting
  • Convert items into Tasks / Reminders when you need action later
  1. Add your first **Automation rule** (example: auto-tag newsletters, or route finance emails).

Key habits

  • Capture fast, triage daily, keep “waiting” honest, and close loops.
  • Use **Search** as your “single source of truth” to find anything across modules.
  • Create a weekly review using **Reports**.
