Why can’t I see a tab?
Tabs are shown based on your workspace role and module permissions. Ask your workspace owner/admin to grant access.
Why is Email/Calendar not syncing?
Check **Connectors → Health** for backoff and error details, then use **Sync now**.
If you’re using app passwords:
- Verify the password is correct and not expired.
- For iCloud: generate an Apple app-specific password.
Can I capture items from my phone?
Yes. Use **Inbox → Capture** to create a token and follow the iOS Shortcut instructions for pushing items into the Inbox.
What’s the difference between Inbox and Tasks?
- **Inbox** is for triage: new items, quick replies, and routing.
- **Tasks** are actionable commitments with owners, due dates, and status tracking.
How do automations work?
Automation rules apply safe actions (like triage state, tags, routing) to reduce repetitive work. Start with one simple rule and iterate.
Can I export documents?
Documentation items can be exported (PDF/DOCX) when configured; see Docs settings and environment configuration.
