What to check when Email/Calendar/WHOOP are not updating.

Troubleshooting sync issues

Step 1: Check Connectors health

Go to /connectors/health and look for:

  • Backoff (retries delayed)
  • Recent error messages
  • Last successful sync time

Step 2: Verify credentials

  • OAuth connectors: reconnect if tokens expired/revoked.
  • App passwords: regenerate if the provider invalidated the password.

Step 3: Trigger a manual sync

Use **Sync now** after fixing the root issue.

Step 4: Confirm results

  • Email: open a thread and verify recent messages appear.
  • Calendar: open Today view and confirm events match the provider.
