What to check when Email/Calendar/WHOOP are not updating.

Troubleshooting sync issues
Step 1: Check Connectors health
Go to /connectors/health and look for:
- Backoff (retries delayed)
- Recent error messages
- Last successful sync time
Step 2: Verify credentials
- OAuth connectors: reconnect if tokens expired/revoked.
- App passwords: regenerate if the provider invalidated the password.
Step 3: Trigger a manual sync
Use **Sync now** after fixing the root issue.
Step 4: Confirm results
- Email: open a thread and verify recent messages appear.
- Calendar: open Today view and confirm events match the provider.
